99 St. Philip Street - Phase 2
Charleston, SC
Project; Additions to Existing Residence Hall
Project Overview:
Included in the Phase 2 of the 99 St. Philip Street project is to design and construct an educational building for the College of Charleston's Engineering Sciences department. This 35,000 square feet four story masonry structure will house classrooms, offices, conference rooms and laboratory rooms as well as the required infrastructure to support this use. The grand glassed West side facade and four-story lobby/lounge space houses a four-story stair tower on the most visible and campus facing Southwest corner of the building.
