The project involved the complete renovation and adaptive reuse of historic "Old Seaman's Chapel. " The building consisted of approximately  12,000 square feet of floor area including a  large chapel, cloisters, and living quarters. The building was altered to accommodate a restaurant, a candy kitchen and retail space and several residential apartments.
