Project; Additions to Existing Residence Hall and a new Freshmen Dormitory Building
Project Overview:
Phase 2 of the 99 St. Philip Street project is to design and construct two separate additions to the existing recently renovated building detailed in the Commercial portion of this web site. The Southeast addition to the existing structure provides twenty new bedroom suites and totals 16,900 square feet of new building area. The Northwest addition to the existing structure provides fifty-five new bedroom suites and totals 48,000 square feet of new building area. The Freshmen Dormitory is a 100,000 Square Foot Building containing 150 Two Bedroom Units housing potentially 600 students.
