CHARLESTON AFFORDABLE HOUSING

32 Queen Street, Charleston, SC

 

1996- 32  Market was one building a multi-building project.  This 4,000 square foot wood frame structure was in a significant state of disrepair including the damage from a fire which swept though a large portion of the building.  The building was converted from a single family residence into a three unit affordable condo unit.
