2016 - The project consisted of the complete renovation of a derelict and severely fire damaged circa 1830's residence. The recently enclosed second floor porch was rebuilt and restored to its original appearance.  Interior plaster walls were repaired to original appearance. An addition was added to the rear of the structure to accommodate a new kitchen and bedroom.  The exterior wall surfaces were restuccoed. The exterior windows and doors were rebuilt to original appearance. The floors were repaired and refinished..
